1.2. Nilewealth LLC is an independent insurance brokerage and is not an insurance company. Insurance products are issued and administered by third-party Insurance Carriers. Nilewealth LLC does not underwrite policies, determine final eligibility, or guarantee that an Insurance Carrier will offer or issue coverage.

2. Definitions

2.1. “Agreement” means these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, together with any additional written terms that expressly apply to a specific Service.

2.2. “Consumer” means an individual who visits the Website, submits information, requests a consultation or quote, or otherwise uses the Service.

2.3. “Insurance Carrier” means a third-party insurance company that may issue, administer, underwrite, approve, rate, or decline an insurance policy.

Coverage becomes effective only if and when an Insurance Carrier approves an application, all applicable requirements are satisfied, any required premium is received, and the carrier confirms coverage according to the policy’s terms.

3.6. Nilewealth LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment advice. Indexed universal life insurance is an insurance product, not a direct investment in a market index. Consumers should consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding legal, tax, accounting, or investment matters.

4. Consumer Responsibilities

4.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information when using the Service or applying for insurance.

4.2. You are responsible for reviewing all applications, disclosures, policy illustrations, replacement notices, carrier documents, and issued policy terms before signing or accepting them.

4.3. You must promptly correct inaccurate information and notify the appropriate Licensed Insurance Professional or Insurance Carrier of relevant changes.

4.4. You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Website.

4.5. You represent that any telephone number, email address, or other contact information You provide belongs to You or that You are authorized to provide it and receive communications through it.

5. Quotes, Applications, Premiums, and Refunds

5.1. Any preliminary rate, range, or quote is an estimate unless and until confirmed by an Insurance Carrier. Final premiums and coverage are determined by the Insurance Carrier based on applicable underwriting, rating, eligibility, and policy rules.

5.2. Nilewealth LLC does not guarantee approval, a particular premium, benefit amount, policy feature, cash-value result, or underwriting classification.

5.3. Premium payments, refunds, cancellations, free-look rights, reinstatements, and policy changes are governed by the applicable Insurance Carrier and policy documents. Nilewealth LLC does not establish carrier refund rules.

5.4. Consumers should not send payment-card details, banking information, Social Security numbers, or sensitive medical information through a general Website contact form unless the form specifically requests that information through an authorized secure process.

6. Communications

6.1. If You request contact or provide legally valid consent, We may communicate with You by telephone, email, or SMS regarding Your inquiry, appointment, quote request, insurance application, policy-service request, or other requested services.

6.2. Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and based on the consent or other lawful basis applicable to the communication.

11.3. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nilewealth LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from Your unlawful misuse of the Service, Your material violation of these Terms, or information or content You knowingly submit without authorization. This provision does not require indemnification for conduct attributable to Nilewealth LLC where prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law and Venue
